What our clients say...

"Richard Wylder was exemplary, went above and beyond to get me the best deal and kept me updated regularly so I knew what was going on. He acted fast, was open and honest and gave great advice, certainly far better than my last adviser, and is a lesson in how things should be done. As such I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mortgage-Partnership. Thanks again Richard."

What is Equity Release?

Equity release, often called a ‘lifetime mortgage’, lets you unlock the tax-free cash tied up in your home without the need to sell or move. You can either borrow against your home’s value or exchange part of it for a lump sum or a regular income. Some plans even allow you to withdraw additional funds later if needed. Equity release is available to homeowners aged 55 or over, whether your home is mortgage-free or you still have a balance to pay (which must be cleared using the equity release funds).

Is Equity Release safe?

Yes, it is. We’re regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring that you receive advice you can trust. As members of the Equity Release Council, we adhere to strict standards designed to protect you. With a lifetime mortgage, you’re guaranteed that neither you nor your estate will ever owe more than your home’s sale value, as long as it is sold for the best price possible.

What can you use equity release for?

It’s entirely up to you! The funds can be used to make home improvements, pay off debts, buy a new car, or simply give you the financial freedom to enjoy retirement without worry. The options are endless.
